Boosts immunity
I absolutely adore the orange Vitamin C Chewable Tablets. They really enhance my immune system, and I use them both as a preventative and the moment I sense I'm getting ill. When I start developing a sore throat or cold, I take them continuously until I recover. I've noticed a significant difference in how often I get sick, and if I do, the duration is much shorter or the illness disappears completely. I particularly appreciate the convenience of the chewable tablets; I travel with them and keep a supply by my bedside for immediate access.

Eases throat pain
As I was developing bronchitis, my ears were burning, and I had a sore throat and chest congestion, leaving me feeling dreadful. After taking one tablet in the morning and another at night, I noticed a significant difference; my mucus became easier to expel and my ear and throat discomfort diminished. However, by the third day, my throat was overly dry, exacerbating my cough with the mucus getting stuck. To counter this, I made turmeric tea with honey, which hydrated my throat. I found that taking three Airborne tablets gave me a headache, so I'll limit it to two daily.

Lessens symptoms
I let three of these dissolve in my mouth at the first hint of a cold or sore throat. Once, I bought a small bottle at the airport (way overpriced!) and now refill it from larger bottles. The small bottle fits neatly in my briefcase or backpack, making Airborne readily accessible when I travel. I keep an extra supply at home and one at work. While it might not completely prevent colds, my experience suggests it helps lessen symptoms and may shorten duration. Many I know have shared similar results.
